An Evening of Port & Chocolate

Hosted by Adam Odor, Port wine educator and ambassador for the School of Port, alongside Siân Bliss, Owner and Head Chocolatier of Late Night Pudding Club, this guided tasting is designed for both seasoned enthusiasts and curious newcomers.

The evening will begin with a refreshing White Port & Tonic to set the tone, before moving into a guided tasting of four different styles of Port, including White, Tawny, Ruby and Vintage. Each will be expertly paired with a selection of handcrafted chocolates, showcasing a range of complementary flavours and textures.

Led by Siân Bliss, Late Night Pudding Club specialises in beautifully crafted, artisanal chocolates. Each piece is carefully designed to highlight flavour, texture and balance, making them the perfect partner for fine Port.

Expect an engaging and relaxed evening filled with expert insight, thoughtful pairings and excellent company. You will leave with practical tips on pairing Port and chocolate, perfect for recreating at home or sharing with friends.

Each guest will also receive a 60g bar of Late Night Pudding Club chocolate to take home.
