Our featured Champagnes

The evening begins with a welcome glass of a surprise sparkling, followed by four distinct Champagnes – all served en magnum:

Champagne H. Blin Brut Tradition (en magnum)
Founded in 1947 by Henri Blin, this Pinot Meunier-dominant Champagne comes from 110 hectares surrounding Vincelles in the Marne Valley. Expect freshness, fruit purity, and a true sense of place.

Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut (en magnum)
A historic and prestigious house established in 1829 in Aÿ. Known for its rich, full-bodied style and Pinot Noir-driven blends, Bollinger ages its wines in oak barrels and uses a high proportion of reserve wines to ensure consistency and depth. Special Cuvée is the flagship – complex, toasty, and unmistakably Bollinger.

Ruinart Rosé (en magnum) – TBC
Founded in 1729, Ruinart is the oldest Champagne house, celebrated for its refined and luminous style. Ruinart Rosé blends Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with elegance, featuring notes of red berries, rose petals, and delicate spice – beautifully expressive in magnum.

Duménil 1er Cru Millésimé 2008 (en magnum)
An independent, family-owned Champagne House founded in 1874. Now in its fifth generation, Duménil crafts refined, terroir-driven Champagnes from Premier Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims, across villages including Chigny-les-Roses, Rilly-la-Montagne, Ludes, and Sacy.
